Result: Test minimal inhibitory leaf extract of soursop (Annona muricata L.) against the bacterium
Streptococcus pyogenes can be seen at a concentration of 25% with an average value of inhibition zone
9,59mm. greater inhibition zone seen in concentrations of 50%, 75% and 100% with the average zone of
inhibition in sequence, namely 12.90 mm, 15,80mm and 18,88mm.
Result: Test minimum inhibitory leaf extract soursop (Annona muricata L.) against the bacterium
Streptococcus pyogenes can be seen at a concentration of 25%, with an average value of 9,59mm zone
of inhibition. greater zone of inhibition seen at concentrations of 50%, 75% and 100% with the middle
zone of inhibition in the sequence, that is, 12.90 mm, and 15,80mm 18,88mm.
Conclusion: There is a minimal inhibitory leaf extract of soursop (Annona muricata L.) against the
bacterium Streptococcus pyogenes, which is at a concentration of 25%.
