Our Manifesto
We are Digital Change Agents. So what does it mean? At BIO we go way beyond marketing. Instead we
look at the whole business strategically, helping clients get ahead of their competitors by arming them with
best-in-breed digital.
From service design to e-commerce and digital retail, we create experiences that are simple, seamless
and intuitive, using cutting-edge technology, design and CX. Ours is a unique approach. Theres no one
else out there doing what we do and its a really exciting place to be.
Were fast, fun and great to work for, with great offices and excellent benefits all the usual stuff, plus a
training and development programme, fun things like free Friday breakfasts and afternoon cocktails, and
some really exciting extras well tell you about further down the line.

The Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join The BIO agency as a Business Analyst.
Were looking for someone to own the Business Analyst function by ensuring business requirements are
thoroughly investigated, fully understood and clearly documented, and that the delivered solution meets
these requirements and brings about the expected benefits.
The Business Analyst will be the pivotal link between seamless strategy, CX, design and tech and as such
the candidate will be willing to engage and build collaborative relationships with the wider project team.
We believe doing this at an early stage delivers work that is innovative, appropriately architected, well
scoped and delivered to the highest possible level of quality.
Key to the role is the ability to take project ownership and champion business requirements throughout the
full project life cycle.
