e. IO&M Manuals:
1.3.2
The chilled water plant shall be automatically run/stop in schedule, the schedule can
be adjustable by operators.
The run chiller/pump shall be automatically scheduled to change over in order to
balance the totalized running time of each equipments is about the same.
When the BMS calls for the operation of 1 no. chiller in the auto mode, the
motorised valve at the chilled pipe of the chiller shall be sequenced open,1 No.
condenser chiller water pump shall be activated.
Trang9/14

All Chillers shall be started or stop in the auto mode as required to meet required by
operator.
The BMS shall provide auto changeover to the standby/other Chiller/ pump in the
event of failure of the running chiller/pump.
2.
AHU system:
At the HMI in the HVAC control panel, the operator can monitor and control the AHU
system with properly functions.
HCP operate the AHU system with 2 mode: automation mode and Manual mode.
2.1 Manual mode :
In manual mode, at HMI the operators shall manually start or stop the AHU and the
corresponding equipments of selected AHU shall be run/stop automatically.
2.2 Automation mode :
HCP monitor the filter status, send alarm if the filter is dirty. So the maintenance man can
replace the new one for AHU.
The operator can set a setpoint for the return temperature and moisture. To adjust the
return temperature and moisture, the PXC will control the modulating valve 0 to 100%
and control the heater 0 -100%.
And PXC will change the speed of fan to maintain the pressure in duct as required by
operator.
The damper of the return duct will be controlled ON/OFF when AHU is run or off mode.
In the case of fire alarm, BMS Apogee InsightTM system, PXC will stop the AHU to
minimize the air volume through the room, minimize the factor occur fire.
On the HMI graphic, the operator can command the AHU and monitor the sensors:
temperature, moisture, status of the fan and alarm from the fire system.
II. INSTRUCTION FOR TROUBLE AND MAINTENANCE THE EQUIPMENTS

Step 3:
back-up battery of DDC (because the battery is used for DDC storage the data
when power failure). Therefore, if the battery is low, the battery should be
replaced immediately to avoid data lost.
3. Sign to know when the battery low : led lamp on controller is red indicate LOW
BATT.
Ensure proper mounting pole (+) and (-) of the battery corresponding to the
poles on the controller.
9
o Monthly needs to clean sensors and control devices to prevent dust to affect the
operation of the equipment .
o Yearly needs to recalib the sensors and controllers.

Low operating cost and extended operating life This chiller range is the result of careful
design, aimed to optimize the energy efficiency of the chillers, with the objective of bringing
down operating costs and improving installation profitability, effectiveness and economical
management.
The chillers feature a high efficiency single screw Inverter driven compressor design, large
condenser coil surface area for maximum heat transfer and low discharge pressure, advanced
technology condenser fans and a shell&tube evaporator with low refrigerant pressure drops.
Outstanding reliability The chillers have two or three truly independent refrigerant circuits,
in order to assure maximum safety for any maintenance, whether lanned or not. They are
equipped with a rugged compressor design with advanced composite compressor gaterotors
material, a proactive control logic and are full factory-run-tested to optimized trouble-free
operation.
Infinite capacity control Cooling capacity control is infinitely variable by means of a
Inverter driven screw compressor controlled by microprocessor system. Each unit has
infinitely variable capacity control from 100% down to 13,5%. This modulation allows the
compressor capacity to exactly match the building cooling load without any leaving
evaporator water temperature fluctuation. This chilled water temperature fluctuation is
avoided only with a stepless control.
Note:
For other euipment IO&M wille be supplied follow to equipment in installation process
and training at site.
