BREAKFAST
Egg Shawarma
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp butter, 1 clove of garlic, 5g Cheese (optional), 10g
Bell peppers (any colour)or 9g scotch bonnet (atarodo), 10g onions, 25g
Cabbage, 20g Minced meat
Fry your eggs on low heat with butter and garlic. When one side is almost done
flip over and drop your cheese on it. Allow the cheese to melt and take off the
fire to a plate. Stir fry your cabbage and minced meat in the butter. Place on
your fried egg and roll up. Your shawarma is served.

Egg Salad
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 1 Tbsp mayonnaise, spring onion (very little), 1 avocado, 1
tsp mustard, 2 strips bacon or 1 crab, herbs of choice like paprika etc, pepper
NB: Drink at least 2 Litres of water

100g Stewed turkey (100g any meat of your choice eg. Goat, gizzards etc) with
a small leafy green salad (salad must contain cucumbers and should be no
bigger than one moi moi bowl with no more than 10g bell peppers)

Flabbage (80g cabbage and 20g flax/psyllium husk) with animal kingdom
okro/ vegetable soup of your choice.
