BELLY BUSTERS WEEK THREE MEAL PLAN

Wednesday

Ingredient of the day.. EGGS

BREAKFAST

Egg Shawarma
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 2 Tbsp butter, 1 clove of garlic, 5g Cheese (optional), 10g
Bell peppers (any colour)or 9g scotch bonnet (atarodo), 10g onions, 25g
Cabbage, 20g Minced meat
Fry your eggs on low heat with butter and garlic. When one side is almost done
flip over and drop your cheese on it. Allow the cheese to melt and take off the
fire to a plate. Stir fry your cabbage and minced meat in the butter. Place on
your fried egg and roll up. Your shawarma is served.
LUNCH

Two Scotch Eggs and a cup of ice tea


DINNER

Egg Salad
Ingredients: 2 eggs, 1 Tbsp mayonnaise, spring onion (very little), 1 avocado, 1
tsp mustard, 2 strips bacon or 1 crab, herbs of choice like paprika etc, pepper
NB: Drink at least 2 Litres of water

Thursday

Ingredient of the day.. CUCUMBERS

BREAKFAST

Half an Avocado & cucumber with BPC

LUNCH

Shredded cabbage and beef mince


Ingredients: 100g Shredded Cabbage, cucumbers and 100g beef/chicken mince
fried in 2Tbsp of butter/coconut oil and spices of your choice.

DINNER

100g Stewed turkey (100g any meat of your choice eg. Goat, gizzards etc) with
a small leafy green salad (salad must contain cucumbers and should be no
bigger than one moi moi bowl with no more than 10g bell peppers)

NB: Drink at least 2 Litres of water

Friday

Ingredient of the day.. FISH

BREAKFAST

2 Eggs or 1 Sausage with one piece of Fried Fish OR BPC

LUNCH

Efo Riro or Vegetable salad with Fish


Vegetable Salad Ingredients: Cucumber, Lettuce, Eggs, and mayonnaise.

DINNER

Fish Pepper soup

NB: Drink at least 2 Litres of water

Saturday

Ingredients of the day.. Animal Kingdom Day

BREAKFAST

BPC or BPT (not more than 2 Tbsp of Coconut oil/5g Butter)

LUNCH

Flabbage (80g cabbage and 20g flax/psyllium husk) with animal kingdom
okro/ vegetable soup of your choice.

DINNER

Mixed Meat Peppersoup

NB: Drink at least 2 Litres of water

Sunday

Ingredient of the day.. Cauliflower

BREAKFAST

Cauliflower Pancakes or BPC


Ingredients: 120g Cauliflower, 2 eggs, spring onions, 2 Tbsp butter, 1 tsp flax, ,
1 tbsp olive/coconut oil (optional), a pinch of salt and pepper.
Blend the cauliflower, add the 2 eggs and blend again. Melt the butter in a
bowl pour the cauliflower and egg mixture into it. Add the remaining
ingredients and fry in coconut oil.

LUNCH

150g Cauliflower rice with one 100g fried chicken/turkey.

DINNER

Peppered snails/gizzard/torso/100g suya


NB: Drink at least 2 Litres of water
