Aside from the wonderfully cool climate all year-round, Baguio is also known for its vibrant food scene.
Its also undeniably one of the top destinations to visit during the Christmas season. Make sure to check
out at least one, if not all, of these food places if youre planning to hit the road and visit the City of Pines.
1. Arcas Yard
Far away from the hustle and bustle of the Central Business District is this mini museum and library cafe
with a breathtaking, panoramic view of Baguio City. Get to experience a quiet and cozy ambiance while
enriching your knowledge about the Cordillera region through the antique collection of owner Ninja
Sabado and her family. Couples, friends, and families can also leave love locks in their very own version of
a love bridge. Some of the must try dishes include their signature Kamote Pie and coffee, the Spicy Tuna
and their rhubarb ice cream.

2. Cafe in the Sky
If youre looking forward to see the stunning view of Baguios rolling hills and wide skyline, make sure to
have a stopover at Cafe in the Sky. Catch the sunrise or the sunset while enjoying a cup of coffee or hot
chocolate. The cafe and bed & breakfast place mostly offers oriental dishes on their menu.

3. Baguio Craft Brewery
Experience some brew-mance and spend time at a place where it's perfect to have drinks with your
friends. They offer craft beers and most of their ingredients came from abroad (but they also use the fresh
sweet strawberries in Baguio City). If you cant decide what to order, try getting their Tasting Tray and
partner it with your choice of comfort food.

It features a list of home grown food-concept restaurants in Baguio City in one area. Whats nice about
this place is that you can order from any of the restaurants and have it delivered to where youre seated.

10. Cafe by the Ruins Dua
After 25 years as a standalone establishment, Cafe by the Ruins has now a new branch that serves as the
main bakery and commissary for baked goods. It features a modern-hip interiors and also serves as a
gallery for Cordillera arts and culture. (Note: Baguio natives have fondly nicknamed it Cafe Dua.)
