Extra tickets are non-refundable and may only be changed to an Offline Walk Up ticket at a Greyhound facility for a charge of $20 per transaction plus the
difference between the Economy or Economy Extra fare and the Offline Walk Up fare. Origin and/or destination may NOT be changed via the exchange
