camino de acceso desde la Baha, y dems actuaciones anexas, as

El objetivo principal del estudio es el desarrollo y evaluacin de


alternativas, a nivel de ingeniera conceptual, para dar solucin a los
requerimientos de infraestructura aeroportuaria de la regin para los
prximos 20 a 30 aos. Esto incluye estudiar la demanda del
proyecto sobre la base de modelos de eleccin discreta; definir a
nivel conceptual las obras de ampliacin necesarias en el aerdromo
La Florida o bien en el nuevo Aeropuerto de la Regin de Coquimbo;
para finalmente valorizar y someter a un anlisis socio-econmico
ambas alternativas de proyecto, con la finalidad de determinar la
alternativa ms rentable.

Estudiar y completar la informacin y los antecedentes necesarios


para resolver la problemtica existente en los elementos de la red de
pequeos aerdromos de la Regin de Aysn, a fin de definir una
planificacin de actuaciones de mejoramiento y/o normalizacin, y de
conservacin, para satisfacer las necesidades operacionales de
acuerdo a la normativa aeronutica vigente, manteniendo estndares
adecuados de seguridad y operatividad en los mismos.
Analizar posibles nuevos emplazamientos ubicados en la zona sur
poniente de la Regin Metropolitana ms un anlisis del
emplazamiento del ex aerdromo de Los Cerrillos, a fin de definir una
cronologa de acciones para satisfacer las necesidades futuras
asociadas a la aviacin corporativa de la zona central del pas.
Estudio de planificacin, que comprende anlisis de demanda a 20
aos, determinacin de requisitos, configuracin y emplazamiento de
las instalaciones fsicas, plan de desarrollo, anlisis econmico del
concesionamiento.

alternativas que no tuviesen restricciones a vuelos instrumentales como
el aerdromo existente en Chamonate. Luego estimaciones de la
actividad area y movimiento de pasajeros y carga. Posteriormente
preparacin del plan de desarrollo escalonado del aerdromo y
facilidades de pasajeros y carga. Finalmente el anlisis econmico del
proyecto.

Este estudio se desarroll en cuatro etapas. La Etapa I, comprendi en


primer trmino la identificacin y descripcin de las instalaciones
existentes. Adems incluy estimaciones de la actividad area, y
consecuente movimiento de pasajeros y carga, hasta el ao 2000. La
Etapa II, consisti en la preparacin del plan de desarrollo del
aeropuerto. La Etapa III se refiri a la preparacin de un plan para el
desarrollo escalonado de las instalaciones de carga y pasajeros.
Finalmente, la Etapa IV correspondi al anlisis econmico-financiero
del proyecto. Este estudio se efectu en consorcio con la firma
norteamericana de ingeniera y arquitectura Tippets-Abbett-McCarthyStratton.
