Reviewing the project and concurrents provides an understanding of a project niche and
specific. For such kind of a project its very important to keep contact with end customer
by providing simple and predictable designs, transparent business terms, and
motivation system.

2. Project improvements and solutions


The very first step of further development is understanding where we are, who our
customers and how they are using the app.
I would differentiate the necessary improvements into the following groups:
User interface require continuos analysis and improvements based on following
factors: device platform statistics, user interaction statistics, etc. Obvious breakpoint for
a user is mandatory of authentication with FB or google.
Features list should be extended with additional services that provides some
benefits for a user.
Integration with third party services:
Content providers (Admitad, Actionpay).
User will be able to see discounts list and earn coins after making a
purchase on provided stores list.
Payment systems (based on market share analytics).
Social networks (based on geolocation analytics).
Multilingual, multi-currency.
Gamification (achievements, benefits) and fun-stuff (augment reality, flying
objects game)

4. Strategy of project progress


First of all need to analyze the current project state and achievements. What prevents it from
being more popular, and what is the lifecycle of a customer. Outline the key metrics.
Every application update should be pushed with marketing promotion and therefore provides
new features for app and more customers returning to the app.
Extent the features list with following ideas:
Extend features list based on geolocation. This require deep analysis of existing and
planned auditory. See the suggested featured at previous topic.
Enhance/simplify the UI in order to achieve key metrics.
Based on features list will prepare a development plan for a staged rollout or A/B testing
deployment.
After analyzing the key metrics of updated app we might consider of enhancing the features list
and promotion success and start a new cycle of preparing an update.

5. Strategy of project promotion


To be honest I do not have an experience with project promotion. My understanding of that lies
to list of traffic providers and efficient of that traffic. Therefore its very important to analyze the
promotion accounting. Thats why the development stagegy would base on a try analyze
implement pattern.
I would divide the promotion strategy within a few vectors:
Geo-location specific
Feature driven specific
Promotion driven specific
