INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

mixing ratio by weight:

base : hardener : filler : Sigma Coltura Thixmiddel
14.0 : 3.1
: 7.9 : 1
Material temperature should be between 10C and 30C
mix base and hardener with a variable speed mechanical mixer
thoroughly for 1 minutes
add the filler while stirring
add Sigma Coltura Thixmiddel while stirring immediately after the filler
stir with a mechanical mixer for 2 minutes
fill the mixture into another can and stir for 1 minute until it is
homogeneous
the speed of the mixer should not exceed 800 rpm to avoid air
entrapment

APPLICATION
Tools
Recommended thinner

trowel, Swedish knife, spiked roller

no thinner to be added
Measure out an area. Pour an appropriate amount of the
mixture on the suitably prepared subfloor and spread it evenly to the
intended film thickness by a steel trowel or Swedish knife.
Use a spiked roller to avoid air entrapment.
Sprinkle in the mineral anti-slip aggregate immediately.
Apply Sigma Coltura EP flooring in trowel floor composition to the
connecting area.
At the same time give a full sprinkle of anti-slip aggregate to the
previous area.
Follow this procedure for all areas.
Remove surplus of anti-slip aggregate after curing.

Note 1:

The mineral anti-slip aggregate should be dry, clean and free from any
organic contamination.
Depending on the intended anti-slip properties, different grades of

aggregate
may be used.
Note 2:

In conjunction with the cleaning properties it may be intended to apply a

final coat to the sprinkles floor coating.
The aggregate has to be embedded in the floor coat by a minimum of of
its particle size.
