At this juncture, I would like to thank The almighty to His blessings which
he has always showers upon.
I posses a deep sense of gratitude towards several persons for successful
completion of the present project and for the practical experience that I received
during the course of this project. I have deep sense of gratitude towards several
persons for their kind help, support and encouragement . It is my pleasant duty

PREFACE
In modern trend the consumer make buying decisions everyday. Most
large companies research consumer buying decisions in great deal to answer

question about what the consumer buy, where they buy, how and how much they
buy, when they buy & why they buy.
The Chocolates affecting consumer behavior is very essential to look to
study the changing attitude & preference of consumer towards Chocolate.
I have selected the topic of the study of Changing attitudes and
preference of consumer towards Chocolate for my research work because I
thought that it is the most important seliyect to be considered in the growth of
Chocolate company and as the student of Sherwood collage of management for
me it was very necessary to be involved with the project to study the changing
attitude of consumer towards Chocolate.
I am very grateful to my Dr. S.K. Gupta (Director & P&D), Dr. Ravindra
Singh (Principal) & faculty member Mr. Mohd. Sabir (Lect. Of Mgmt. Dept.)
for there best guidance to me.
