TULSION A-32
Tough Gel Strong Base Anion Exchange Resin Type II
TULSION A-32 is a Tough Gel strong base anion exchange resin based on polystyrene matrix
containing quaternary ammonium Type II groups. TULSION A-32 has excellent physical characteristics due to its
crack-free nature. TULSION A-32 has slightly lower basicity than Type I resin and as such shows greater
regeneration efficiency and operating capacity at equivalent regeneration levels compared to Type I resins.
TULSION A-32 is recommended where removal of strong as well as weak acids is necessary at high regeneration
efficiencies. However, due to slightly lower basicity, silica leakage is marginally higher compared of Type I anion
resin when used in two bed systems along with strong acid cation exchanger TULSION T-42 in hydrogen form. It
is suited for use in a wide range of pH and temperature conditions. The bead surface of TULSION A-32 is cracks
free and hence it exhibits very high bead trength. TULSION A-32 is supplied in chloride form.

TULSION A-10X MP
High Capacity Weak Base Anion Exchange
Resin for High Organic Waters
TULSION A-10X MP is a specially developed, premium grade weak base anion exchange resin based on polyacrylic matrix containing polyamine functional group having exceptionally high total exchange capacity. It has an
excellent physical and chemical stability for use in water treatments with high organic contents than the
conventional weak base resins.
TULSION A-10X MP has the lowest SBC content as compared to other conventional weak base anions due to
which this resin offers the exceptionally higher operating capacities in plants having Ammonium Hydroxide as
regenerant.
TULSION A-10X MP is supplied as moist robust beads in free base form and specially recommended for plants
using weak alkali namely NH4OH as regenerant.

TULSION A-23 P
Premium Grade Strong Base Type I
Anion Exchange Resin
TULSION A-23 P is a premium grade strong base anion exchange resin based on polystyrene matrix containing
quaternary ammonium Type I group having basicity equal to
TULSION A-23. TULSION A-23 P has similar chemical properties as TULSION A-23 but with greater matrix
porosity. TULSION A-23 P has excellent operating characteristics along with effective removal of weak acids such
as silicic and carbonic acids in hydroxide form. The porous gel structure of TULSION A-23 P has an advantage over
less porous gel resins when treating waters containing high molecular weight organic contaminants. The porous gel
structure of TULSION A-23 P facilitates both the removal of organic contaminants from influent waters and desorption of these contaminants from the resin with commonly used regeneration techniques. Therefore, TULSION
A-23 P provides excellent exchange capacity for inorganic as well as for organics.
TULSION A-23 P is used in the field of water treatment in hydroxide form along with strong acid cation exchange
resin TULSION T-42 in hydrogen form, both in two bed and in mixed bed systems to produce high purity
demineralized water. It is ideally suited for use in a wide range of pH and temperature conditions.

TULSION T-62 MP
Catalyst Grade Resin
The chemistry of acidic functional groups bound to the polymeric matrix is essentially unchanged from that

TULSION T-62 (MP) is a catalyst grade strong acid cation exchange resin. It allows rapid diffusion of reactants into
the beads by virtue of its large pore size. The high surface area of TULSION T-62 (MP) enables large number of
surface catalytic sites accessible for reaction. This helps faster and better catalytic activity. It has excellent
mechanical sturdiness,
attrition resistance and higher tolerance towards temperature, oxidants and solvents.

TULSION A-27
GEL TYPE STRONG BASE TYPE I Anion Exchange Resin
TULSION A-27 is a strong base anion exchange resin with an isoporous type structure based on polystyrene
matrix, containing quaternary ammonium Type I group. The strong base groups, derived from quaternary
ammonium groups, are capable of removing weak acids such as silicic and carbonic acids to very low levels.
Tulsion A-27 is supplied as moist spherical beads in the chloride form with a controlled particle size distribution
to provide excellent kinetics and minimal pressure loss.
Tulsion A-27 is highly basic. In water treatment, it is employed in a hydroxide form along with the strong acid
cation exchanger, Tulsion T-42 in H+, both in two bed and mixed bed systems to produce high quality de-ionized
water, giving effluent with low silica residuals and low conductivity. Besides its primary application in water
treatment, Tulsion A-27 is also commonly used for de-alkalization and other chemical processes.

TULSION A-36
Strong Base Type II Anion Exchange Resin
TULSION A-36 is a highly efficient and durable Type II strong base anion exchange resin with quaternary
ammonium functionality and based on a cross linked polystyrene matrix. It has a slightly lower basicity than that of
a Type I resin, but offers an exceptionally high operating capacity and excellent regeneration efficiency at equivalent
regeneration levels. Tulsion A-36 is capable of splitting neutral salts and can remove weak acids such as silicic and
carbonic acid, along with strong mineral acids. Due to its isoporous matrix, Tulsion A-36 exhibits better resistance
to organic fouling as compared to conventional gel resins.
Besides its primary application in water treatment, Tulsion A-36 is also used in de-alkalization. TulsionA-36 is
supplied in the chloride form as moist spherical beads.
