over $90M to over 10,000 customers, nationwide for this home dcor importer/distributor.
Reduced distribution costs by $600K, 2015 vs 2014, through labor and process improvements.
Increased shipments by 45% 2015 vs 2013.
Demonstrated storage capacity increase of 40% with double-deep, high racking.
Lead a company team to search and select a new ERP/WMS system. Coordinated four member core team of myself,
two owners and IT director, along with a 10 member, subject-matter-expert team, to review and select the chosen
system. Successful implementation achieved 12/7/2015.
