We are pleased to submit our proposal for our Astrata GLP 100 In-Vehicle monitoring system, which has enjoyed
unprecedented success the world over.
We have provided our most competitive and comprehensive bid, which includes both hardware and software, to meet
your requirements for a total solution.
The proposed hardware will seamlessly integrate and interface with all the vehicles and most of the intelligence lies
in the backend software (Upgraded from time to time).

SIM card: Customer shall be responsible to acquire a GPRS / SMS enabled SIM card. The agreement requires that the client signs up
directly with the relevant network service provider and will responsible for all the communication costs.

Terms and Conditions

Payment Terms
Hardware: 100% Advance along with the order confirmation LOI / LPO.
Web Access License Charges: Advance payable at the beginning of every quarterly.
Lease: Advance payment at the beginning of the contract for the entire duration of the contract.

Delivery: Ex-Stock subject to prior sale.

Installation: Based on mutually agreed plan. (Approximately 2-3 hours per vehicle installation).

Prices: All prices quoted in Omani Riyals including all applicable local taxes.
Contract: This contract shall stay valid for 4 years from the Date of signing or acceptance of this quotation.
Warranty Hardware: 12 Months from the date of installation or 15 months from the date of delivery whichever is earlier for
Unit only (excluding battery).
Excluding battery : Is excluded in all the above mentioned types of models. (Purchase, Lease or rental)
Software:

Will be provided by Ray International including Oman Map.

* Hardware and Software AMC charges will be applicable even if the device is not used.

** This excludes theft, loss, faulty due to tampering, malicious damage, etc. Damages to the vehicle tracking hardware not covered under
warranty will be considered as goods sold and re-installation charges will be imposed.

Annual Maintenance Charges (Is applicable only after initial 12 months warranty).
Hardware Maintenance Charges: 20 % of the above cost.
Software Maintenance charges

inclusive in the above-mentioned charges.

NOTE: It is mandatory to enter into AMC for Hardware. Hardware maintenance cost as indicated above, wherein a customer shall
avail free Hardware repair for the unit excluding the removal & re-installation cost.
Regular software updates & upgrades, online software fixes etc., will be made available by RAY Intl. (All in capital area, interior
locations will be charged extra).
The prices quoted above (For installation and warranty troubleshooting) are for capital area. If required in Interior location, will be
charged extra and all expanses towards transportation to base site and within site, lodging, boarding, Engineers time &
miscellaneous expenses etc., will be to clients account.
Web access: Internet connection is mandatory for monitoring & generating the vehicles.
Proposal Validity: 3 weeks from the above mentioned date.

GENERAL TERMS
Insurance: The responsibility and cost for such remains with the Client. This applies to both units in the vehicle and its accessories if any.
Liability: It must be noted that Ray International cannot accept liability as a result of consequential damages that are caused by

circumstances beyond Ray International control.

Indemnity: Customer agrees to indemnify and hold Ray International harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, losses

(Direct and Indirect) and expenses, including reasonable attorneys fees, arising out of Customers use of Astratas Goods.

Kindly note that the specifications and prices quoted in this proposal are subject to change. The validity of this offer is subject to force majeure
conditions such as market conditions, original manufacturers terms & conditions, availability, technology, natural disasters, war, government
regulations, etc. which are beyond our control. The contract will stay valid for a minimum of 3 years.
