What is dashboard 2.0?


Dashboards 2.0 is an embedded analytics solution in the SuccessFactors
suite.
The technology behind is an in memory analytics and calculation engine
pulling data from the AdHoc reporting framework. This allows the
dashboards to be fast, interactive and always have data that is 100% up
to date (no delay).
The dashboards are built by SuccessFactors and partners and are
available as customized dashboards or as standard dashboards available
for all customers in the Success Store gallery.

Note: There might be customer-specific configuration that prohibits the


standard dashboard from working out of the box. We cannot guarantee
that all widgets in the standard dashboards work for your configuration.

Description

Provides a count of objectives by category and status. All categories and statuses
that have been used will across the goal forms in the reports will be shown.
Please note that if there are variations in spelling or different translation across
different goal forms, then the chart could show a lot of categories and statuses
when many form templates are selected in the filter section.

Provides a count of objectives by alignment. Goals where the field in Aligned up is


TRUE will be categorized as aligned. The rest of the goals are marked as
unaligned.

Description

This chart show the number of goals each user has. The chart count the number of
goals for each user and group users with same number of goals in the chart. The
number of users with 1 goal is shown in the first column, the number of users with
2 goals is shown in the 2nd column etc.

See if all team members have a meaningful set of goals. No users should have too
few or too many goals on their goal plan.

Description

Provides a count of objectives by due date. Goals where due date has passed will
be marked Overdue. Goals where due date has not past will be marked not yet
due. Goals with no due date will be marked No Due Date. Goals that are already
completed will be marked as completed independent of when they were due.

Biggest competency gaps = the competency with the biggest gap between actual
