The Leadership Race

Read the first sentence aloud and ask all the participants to judge for themselves whether that sentence holds
true for them, and if it does, they can move one step ahead.
In the end, ask for the moral of the story. What did they learn from that activity
Methodology: Get 5 GAs per group (seniors and juniors ) - Ask to queue in one line - And take turns to
produce a statement.
Assign one GA as the referee. To make sure each statement is complete and relevant
1. "I always take responsibility for my failures and try and learn from every failure"

3. "The core of integrity is truthfulness. Thus, both leaders and followers need to have integrity in

10. " I don't mind staying up late night to complete a task that is supposed to be completed in 12 hours."
11. "I always react harshly when people are harsh towards me."
12. "I always teach myself to think outside the box and to choose which of two bad choices is the best
option before making any decisions."

15. "When challenged, I don't give in too easily."
