MaRc System
eat2eat Pte Ltd, along with eat2eat R&D India Pte Ltd, is Asia Pacifics leading interactive solutions provider for restaurants. eat2eat developed the first proprietary integrated restaurant management system, called MaRc, which
was designed with the end user in mind.
MaRc stands for Multiple Access Reservation Centre and is a reservation and customer relationship management
system created for use in restaurants either as a stand-alone platform, or an integrated platform for use in restaurant groups or hotel dining operations.
eat2eat offers for purchase some proprietary MaRc hardware, which can be used to integrate existing Food and
Beverage (F&B) systems with the MaRc system. Individual restaurants need not purchase the hardware. The
MaRc hardware and system are appropriate when managing a chain of restaurants, such as those owned by large
hospitality companies or hotels.

MaRc lite
MaRc lite is one of the first truly cloud based solutions that was created for online reservations. It has a central
reservation engine that can be viewed as a reservation book and the restaurant records are managed by individual

eat2eat provides an app for online tables reservations that can be used on Andrioid or iPhone.

Vikram Aggrawal
CEO

Vikram Aggarwal is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of eat2eat Pte Ltd.,
a Singapore based company running the #1 rated dining portal in the region and
providing software services to the hotel and restaurant industry. Clients include
leading international hotel groups and fine dining establishments across the
Asia Pacific, India and Middle East. His entrepreneurship is publicly acknowledged,
as in 2012, Vikram is also an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at INSEADs Singapore
campus.
Vikram qualified as a Chartered Accountant in India after completing his
Bachelors Degree in Commerce, with Honours, from the University of Calcutta
in 1985. The subsequent year he moved to London, working first as a Financial Accountant for ICI plc and then as International Treasurer for SmithKline Beecham plc. (now GlaxoSmithKline).
While in London, Vikram attained membership at the Institute of Corporate Treasurers and subsequently completed
his Masters in Business Administration from the London Business School. He majored in Strategic Marketing and
was selected, as part of the international exchange programme, for a semester at the JJ Kellogg School of Management in Chicago.
After 10 years in London, Vikram moved to Singapore in 1996 to take up a new role with the Chase Manhattan Bank
as International Treasury Consultant, providing professional financial advice to the banks clients in the region.
He was subsequently transferred to Tokyo in 1998 to set up a new business group for the Bank in treasury and investment management before leaving Chase (now JP Morgan) in October 2000 to start eat2eat Pte Ltd.
Vikram lives in Singapore with his family and maintains a keen interest in the progress of AC Milan. He is also the
recipient of the Duke of Edinburghs Gold Award, presented at Buckingham Palace in London.
