Coedes, the biggest scholar in researching Cambodian inscriptions, thinks
this belongs to Bhavavarman
II, who without
exaggeration
is a gift of
Coedes to Cambodian history, but, as the others think, from the available
deta this certainly seems to belong to the reign of Bhavavarman
I (ca.
550-ca. 611).
