WORKING EXPERIENCE:

Electrical Engineer
Presently working in Skypower (Pvt) Ltd. a subsidiary company of Creative Group of Industries as an
Electrical Engineer from February 2013. We are working for the manufacturing various size of distribution
transformers from 25KVA up to 630KVA in a joint venture with Qiantang River Electric (QRE) China. The
major responsibilities are as under.
Provide Technical assistance to designing the different rating of Distribution Transformers (Prototype)
according to the WAPDA and IEC standard.
Prepare the Distribution Transformer Schematic and Fabrication drawings using AutoCAD for prototype.
Provide technical assistance when electrical or engineering problems are encountered before, during and
after Task.
Quantity estimate and compiling BOQs (Bill of Quantity) according to Transformer Design.
Prepare Technical Data Sheet & Costing Sheet of Distribution Transformers.
Working as a Team Leader, Pre-Plan all the work activities determine the critical path, set target and
arrange resources for the production of Prototype Distribution Transformer.
Estimates, prepares and assigns the resources such as manpower, raw materials, consumable items,
equipments and tools etc., required at floor shop for the production of Distribution Transformers.
Managing and monitoring the man power at site against the various electrical activities other than
transformer activities.
To ensure proper implementation of design at production shop.
Establishing and setting up different equipments in Transformer Testing Labs.
Verification of design parameters through the transformer testing at In-house laboratory.
Erection of machinery in all shops.
Design & Installation and commissioning of On Grid 192KW Solar System.
Design, Installation and commissioning of On Grid, Off Grid and Hybrid Domestic Solar System

Worked with ICC Pvt. Limited in January 2007 till January 2008 as Line Superintendent on Transmission
Line and Sub Station. ICC has worked side by side with WAPDA and has made a major contribution towards
the construction of High Voltage Transmission Lines/Network, Sub-Stations and Power Stations in the
country. The major responsibilities are as under.
Preparation and submission of tenders for transmission line and substation projects.
To check/inspect the offers of sub-station and transmission line materials as per WAPDA specification &
to point out the discrepancies, if any.
Prepare various kinds of enquiries for Transmission Lines/Sub-Station material.
All kind of Technical correspondence with National and International Vendors.
INTERNSHIP:
Internship at Kohinoor Energy Limited (KEL). During internship my focus was primarily on.
The complete cycle for generating the steam from the exhaust of the all diesel generators.
How to produce energy, common HV and LV electric system.
Complete cooling system of whole the plant.
