Brief Plan of work:

allocating resources like military Training program and determining timelines for
my project.
Stage 2: Review content and develop information
architecture
This includes inventorying the content on our current site, identifying and
classifying what content to move or keep on the new site, determining what new
content to develop and developing the information architecture (i.e., site map)
Stage 3: Migrating and developing your site
After I have approved my architecture and decided which layout to use for all our
content, complete the ER diagram. The Migration Guide is a listing of the pages
you propose for my application (both current and new), the design layout to be
applied on each page and the location of each page on my application and to
conduct usability and focus testing ,at this time to ensure the application is meeting
our user requirements.
Stage 4: Launch activities
After developing the application with my team members, the application will be
launched in Google play after the verifying and supervising by our project guide. I
also wish to send an e-mail to the various military training institutes list serve
announcing my new app and encouraging all officers and underlying professionals
to ensure their requirements are met and working.
Stage 5: Evaluation and ongoing site maintenance
Every month after our app is launched ; I wish to do the following:
Add any new content required for the project.
Remove any old or outdated content no longer required.
Check for broken activities.
Review web statistics for my application to see if more users are
downloading the application and determine what they are looking for or
tasks they are doing.
