and tells them their name.
Shows them the flashcards again, without
telling the words.
Says Open your books at page eight. Tells the
children that they are going to listen to a
recording, repeat and point to the family
members they hear.

Asks the pupils to look at the picture. Says: this


is Ronnys family. His family is cool. Explains
the meaning of cool (wonderful). Then points to
daddy rabbit and asks: who is this? Elicits the
answer. Reapeats with the rest of the characters.
Plays the song Family Finger several times.
Asks the pupils to listen carefully and try to
learn the lyrics. Then they sing it together.
Asks the pupils to do exercise 3. Explains what
they have to do and does the first one with them
as an example. Points to Ronnys mother and
say Who is this?. Elicits from them mummy.
Explains the pupils that their homework is to
draw their family members in their notebooks.
Gives an example on the board.
