    May 12, 2010 US Office of Comptroller of the Currency By fax: Dear Sir/Madam: Complaints against Union Bank referenced above, originally filed by Dr Joseph Zernik in late October 2009, pertained to December 2007 transactions conducted by Union Bank in Dr Zernik’s account, which were part of a matter, which was opined as real estate fraud against Dr Zernik. Such opinion was issued by Mr James Wedick, an FBI veteran who had been decorated by US Congress, by US Attorney General, and by FBI Director, [1] Two recent communications were received by Dr Joseph Zernik from Union Bank: 1) February 10, 2010 letter re: Dr Zernik’s letter of rebuttal to US Comptroller of the Currency, received by Union Bank on February 1, 2010 [2] 2) March 31, 2010 letter re: Dr Zernik’s letter of rebuttal to US Comptroller of the Currency, received by Union Bank on February 1, 2010 [3] The two responses listed above still failed to produce the records requested by Dr Zernik from Union Bank. Regardless of repeated requests forwarded by Dr Zernik directly to Union Bank for over 2 years, and a complaint filed with Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, well over half a year ago, Union Bank, to this date, has failed to produce any valid banking records that would provide a reasonable explanation for its December 2007 conduct in Dr Zernik’s account. Therefore, request is again made that Office of Comptroller of the Currency enforce the law on Union Bank, and ensure that such National Bank produce to Dr Joseph Zernik valid, verified, and authenticated banking records, which document the authorization, if any, for the December 2007 transactions in Dr Zernik’s account. Alternatively, in case Union Bank is not ready, willing, able to produce such records, request is that Office of the Comptroller of the Currency accordingly issue a final determination in this matter.     Dear Sir/Madam:

    Complaints against Union Bank referenced above, originally filed by Dr Joseph Zernik in late October 2009,
    pertained to December 2007 transactions conducted by Union Bank in Dr Zernik’s account, which were part
    of a matter, which was opined as real estate fraud against Dr Zernik. Such opinion was issued by Mr
    James Wedick, an FBI veteran who had been decorated by US Congress, by US Attorney General, and
    by FBI Director, [1]

    Two recent communications were received by Dr Joseph Zernik from Union Bank:

    1) February 10, 2010 letter re: Dr Zernik’s letter of rebuttal to US Comptroller of the Currency, received by
    Union Bank on February 1, 2010 [2]

    2) March 31, 2010 letter re: Dr Zernik’s letter of rebuttal to US Comptroller of the Currency, received by
    Union Bank on February 1, 2010 [3]

    The two responses listed above still failed to produce the records requested by Dr Zernik from Union Bank.

    Regardless of repeated requests forwarded by Dr Zernik directly to Union Bank for over 2 years, and a
    complaint filed with Office of the Comptroller of the Currency, well over half a year ago, Union Bank, to this
    date, has failed to produce any valid banking records that would provide a reasonable explanation for its
    December 2007 conduct in Dr Zernik’s account.

    Therefore, request is again made that Office of Comptroller of the Currency enforce the law on Union
    Bank, and ensure that such National Bank produce to Dr Joseph Zernik valid, verified, and authenticated
