troubleshooting and maintenance, AC & DC drive troubleshooting, Variable Speed Drives, Total Preventive &
Predictive Maintenance, Engineering Design (AutoCAD), Circuit Analysis, Electrical, Pneumatics System &
Maintenance, Hydraulics System & Maintenance, Electro Pneumatics & Hydraulics, Eldro Brake System,
Maintenance Management.
He holds a Bachelors & Masters Degree in Mechanical Engineering from University of Hertfordshire
with over 12 years of work experience. He worked as a Process Engineer, Mechanical Asst. Manager for a large
Multinational company.
He has extensive experience as the Technical Trainer and also as the Project Leader for 5S of
Housekeeping, Total Preventive & Productive Maintenance, Hydraulics & Technical projects.
He is much sought after Trainer and Consultant in the areas of his mentioned expertise whereby he
conducts classes for Degree and Masters program. He regularly conducts training and consulting for many
organizations and these organizations have benefited tremendously from his expertise. His training sessions are
highly interactive, fun and very practical oriented. Mr. Kaldip brings with him extensive experience from the
corporate world and is now considered amongst the new breed of dynamic Technical Trainers blending
