Lord Jims is delighted to welcome Chef Jos Avillez

from the two Michelin star Belcanto,


elected one of the best 100 restaurants in the prestigious
'The Worlds Best Restaurants List'.

JOS AVILLEZ
Considered one of the great Portuguese Chefs,
Jos Avillez stands out due to his enterprising spirit
and his willingness to go one step further.
Celebrated for his sophisticated Portuguese cuisine,
Avillez will collaborate with Lord Jims culinary team
to create a series of exclusive dining experiences
from 24 until 28 May, 2016.

On 27 May winemaker and owner from E.Guigal winery,


Philippe Guigal, will join for a seven-course wine dinner
pairing his famed wines with Chef Joses extraordinary cuisine.
