JOB DESCRIPTION Pre-Sales Engineer

POSITION OVERVIEW
Setu Net Pvt. Ltd. (an IIT Mumbai Incubated Company) is seeking a highly motivated & energetic Pre- Sales
Engineer to work in EHS&S BPM - Software product Domain . Pre-Sales Engineer is the primary technical
resource for the Sales manager . PSEs are responsible for actively driving and managing the technology
evaluation stage working as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products. Engineer must
be able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users. The PSE
collaborates with sales, service, engineering, and technical support resources to ensure proposed in technical
solutions that accurately address customer needs, and are appropriately supported by key customer technical
decision-makers.

Creating technical documentation of the proposed solution in RFI & Proposals.

Delivery of Online /Onsite Product Presentations and software Demos.
Regularly improvising on mySetu EHS&S software Product presentations.
Assisting sales Manager with Lead development , Engagement at every stage of Sales .
Gap Analysis /mapping of the mySetu solution vis a vis clients requirement .. Coordinating with
technical head and prepare a projected execution plan .
6) Regular supervision during the development process and assisting when required .
7) Planning for the UAT process at the clients site and communicating to the development team .
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

BE/B-tech Computer Science / IT from an accredited institution .

Good academic record throughout
Product certification, engineering credential, or equivalent technical credential.
Must have strong verbal & written skills with consultative professional business acumen
Must be detail oriented, organized, ethical, responsible, & self-motivated
Strong PC literacy [Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint]
