SMEs and Retail market segments. In line with the business expansion plans currently underway, IPDC is seeking
recruitment in some key positions as follows:

HEAD OF RETAIL BUSINESS


Head of Retail Business will develop, implement, monitor and review business strategy that maximizes the retail net
profit by driving sales and controlling costs.
Key Responsibilities:
Assess, analyze, define, recommend implement and follow up market intelligence, and marketing plans in order
to meet retail strategic objectives
Conceptualize, develop, design and launch new retail products to achieve organizational objectives
Design and execute internal and external campaign to boost business performance
Optimize the existing sales channels and develop new and cost effective sales channels for maximum coverage
of the target customers
Successful execution of business strategies for IPDCs products and services
Develop a strong understanding of customer needs by focusing on customer experience and creating strong
brand awareness to deliver targeted customer propositions built around core products and channels
Manage cost of fund, achieve budget, and manage the retail department of the branches.
Motivate and build high performing team through effective leadership
Translate the strategic goals into retail operational plan to achieve the targeted growth in sales and profit
Identify and optimize promotional opportunities ensuring those are co-ordinated with IPDC promotions and
campaigns
Recruit, train and develop staffs for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the retail team
Key Requirements:
Knowledge/ Experience
At least 7 years of managerial experience that must include experience in leading teams in Banks / Financial
Institutions
Excellent leadership, interpersonal communications, public speaking, organizational and presentation skills
Solid working knowledge of budgeting, sales, business development and strategic planning
Good knowledge of retail products, related regulations and industry standards
Strong insight of the market, competition, customer need and development in the global retail financial services
Competencies
Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external parties.
Demonstrate capabilities in conceptualizing, developing and implementing new products and services.
Proficiency in MS Office application
Academic Qualification
Minimum Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Commerce or Economics.

HEAD OF RETAIL CREDIT RISK MANAGEMENT


Head of Retail Credit Risk Management will be responsible to managing risk through analysis of functional duties
and retail proposals from credit perspectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading, managing and supervising Retail Credit Risk and promote a strong internal risk management culture
for identifying, measuring and monitoring retail risk position exposures.
Lead and manage policies and risk mitigation protocols aimed at controlling all aspects of retail/ individual
customer risk.
Risk assessment, which involves analyzing risks as well as identifying, describing and estimating the risks
affecting the business.
Review all retail credit proposals independently and objectively and provide opinion to ensure quality of credit.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures and external regulatory requirements.
Maintain a high quality of lending to ensure that delinquency and charge offs are kept within budget and
forecast levels. Where required make appropriate and timely corrective action on lending policies, staff
resources and collection strategies.
Develop and implement effective portfolio monitoring and collection strategy and tools
Ensure proper classification and provisioning of retail credit portfolio
Ensure internal and regulatory reporting related retail credit
Key Requirements:
Knowledge/Experience
At least 5 years work experience in the financial industry and related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Dedicated, proactive, hardworking and ability to lead team.
Competencies
Strong analytical and critical reasoning skills
Ability to take decision, work under pressure and demonstrate self-organizing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office application
Academic Qualification
Minimum Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Commerce or Economics
Certifications will be preferred (e.g. FRM, CFP, CFA, etc.)

MANAGER CREDIT ADMINISTRATION - RETAIL LOAN


Manager Credit Administration - Retail Loan will be responsible for credit control, supervision, document custodian
and approval of daily transaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a team in managing the daily administration for loan documentation and disbursement in full
compliance with the internal standards and external regulatory requirements
Review loan documents and liaise with internal and external parties to ensure proper and efficient delivery of
credit administration duties
Conduct periodical review on loan administration policy and procedures to streamline workflow
Manage loan repayment through timely lodgment and reconciliation of installment cheques
Manage prompt customer service related to lending customers
Ensure proper lodgment of security documents
Key Qualifications
Knowledge/Experience
At least 5 years of experience in financial industry
Strong leadership, organizational and management skills
Excellent knowledge of industry and legal requirements
Competencies
Organized and customer oriented mentality.
Advanced written, oral communication and presentation skills, both in English and Bangla.
Proficient in MS Office application
Ability to work in a team and contribute to team building environment
Experience of data base or MIS management tools a plus
Academic Qualification
Minimum Bachelors degree preferably in Business, Commerce or Economics
LLB degree would be preferred
