3.1 Sampling
First and foremost, we had distributed the survey form to the participants that are randomly
selected from the UniMAP students who are taking breakfast or lunch at Manufacturing Cafe.
There are 50 participants involved in the research.

From the Figure 3.1.1 and table 3.1.1 above, we can notice that 22 males and 28 females are
involved in the research.

Besides that, Chinese (28) students are the most races involved in the survey, while Indian and
Malay are 12 and 10 persons respectively based on Figure 3.1.2 and Table 3.1.2.

Last but not least, most of them are studying Manufacturing Engineering course (20), followed
by School of Microelectronic Engineering (15). The least number of students involved in the
survey is School of Computer and Communication Engineering (7), while Mechatronic Engineering
Course is 8 persons involved.

Furthermore, the most actively participants are from second year (Y2) student which is 30
persons, followed by both first and third year students which are 10 persons.
While, open-ended
unstructured questions are respondents can answer in detail and can qualify and clarify responses
and they permit creativity, self-expression, and richness of detail [2].
5.0 Solutions
The best two solutions that we get from the survey are the person in charge should fix the period of
time of maintenance and provide free WIFI facility for students. Above 70% of the students support
these two solutions in the questionnaire survey.
6.0 Benefits
The benefits that we get from the survey are getting information directly from the primary source.
Throughout this questionnaire survey, we summarise the benefits of fixed the period of time of
maintenance are gain more customers. Besides that, the benefits of provide a free WIFI facility is
can maximise the usage of Cafe with WIFI facility and act as comfort place.
together with friends for discussion and can search for information through internet conveniently
with some drinks or desserts.
