Technical Skills:
Support in installing, managing and/or maintaining equipment which is used to monitor
and control engineering systems, machinery and processes.
Troubleshooting of Temperature, Pressure, Flow & Level sensors, Strain gauges Load
cells
Ensures and operates the process effectively, efficiently and safely securing proper
environmental conditions
Coordinating with other departments on Analyzing data and presenting findings in
written reports and managing operations
Project management within cost and time constrained environment with man power
planning and work allotment to subordinates and follow up the status

Responsibilities:
Providing leadership in project Non-process quality control support for the process plant
investments and control system
Planning and implementing additional control loops as per site requirements
Maintenance & calibration of transmitters PT, LT, TT, DPT ( Rosemount, Yokogawa,
Honeywell )
Maintenance and calibration of pneumatic control valves (Endress & Hauser,
Blackborough)
Responsible to maintain all instruments and control system related to boiler (80 TPH,
Bagasse fired Boiler), sugar plant and distillery Plant
Preparation of shutdown schedules, maintenance of spares
Coordination, guidance, supervision for all phases of project planning, design, execution,
and startup leading engineering teams
Providing assistance to the project team and work with project managers to provide
support on reliability reviews, system safety reviews, development and maintenance reviews.
