 Conducted the costing of Naguru Teenage Information and Health Center
activities for visionary strategic planning
 Actively participated in the strategic planning process for NTIHC which has
guided the implementation of program activities
 Developed and implemented monitoring and evaluation tools
 Developed an inventory registry which has kept proper records of the program
inventory.
 Established program policies and procedures and actively participated in their
implementation and review which enhanced the effectiveness of management
systems.
 Designed a staff hand book that enhanced policy awareness among staff.
 Initiated and implemented cost effective strategies for managing expendable
office items.
 Coordinated the process of extension of infrastructure at NTIHC since 2003.
