Hired to provide project management for a 600K sq. ft. distribution center start up. Subsequently assigned to manage
logistics operations engineering and lean Kaizen projects for 3 North American sites all providing distribution and
supply chain services for a global software and computer/consumer products company (Microsoft). Operating as a
member of the contract leadership team..
- Successfully lead a project to establish operations in a startup 600k square foot facility engaged in light
assembly, computer software imaging and automated distribution of computer products.
- Managed software integration project linking automation machine controls to WMS and voice picking and pickto-light applications.

Memphis, managed the integration of Engineering and Quality Assurance functions during the post-acquisition consolidation of
Solectron Global Services into Flextronics operations in Memphis. Initially responsible for 140 member staff providing
Engineering and Quality Assurance functions for forward and reverse logistics operations including product completion (mass
customization) for HP and Kodak printers, On-Line Store order processing and shipping for Kodak products. Repair /
Refurbishment of laptop/desktop computers, HP Printers/Plotters and Kodak Consumer products also supported as well as
multiple reworks of branded consumer electronic/computer products requiring re-flashing, diagnosis, testing and repair.

Process and Work Standard development for warehousing, pick-pack-ship operations, order management
