RULES & REGULATIONS

AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION

At the time of admission the student will have to pay --------- rupees for handouts.
After getting first demo class, student will have to pay his /her full fee.
Board position holders will have 60% fee concession.
Students having 70% to 74% marks in board examination will get 30% concession in tuition
fee. On 75% to 79% marks 45% tuition fee concession will be granted.
Full fee concession will be granted to the poor students certain after verifications.
25 rupees for student ID Card.
REQUIRED DOCUMENTS AT THE TIME OF ADMISSION
Students should submit the following documents at the time of their admission
1 passport size picture along with admission form
Board position holders and high marks achievers should submit their result cards.
LATE FEE SUBMISSION RULES
Non-payment of dues within due date will result in 25 rupees fine per day. The names of the
students who do not pay fee for one week after the due date are deleted from the College
roll. Such students are not allowed to attend the class.
All fees are non-refundable except security fund.
RE-ADMISSION
Admission will be cancelled if a student is absent for seven consecutive days without leave.
The application for re-admission will be presented to the Principal and the following rules will
apply. The fee for re-admission will be 100 /Rs-.After the cancellation of the admission, readmission fee must be paid within three days. Re-admission will be granted only once.
FINE FOR ABSENCE
After and before the public holidays and vacations, holidays are not allowed otherwise there
will be a fine of 50 rupees per day.Who will not pay the fine; will not be allowed to sit in the
class.
SPECIAL FINE
Any student who breaks the College rules or damages its property will be fined any amount
according to the damaged property.
Late comers will be fined twenty rupees per day.
LEAVE INSTRUCTIONS
A student may get leave from the Principal, but student should pre-inform by call or
message. If any student will not pre-inform, he will be fined according to the rules.
CLASSROOM MANERS
No-one is allowed to speak URDU OR PUNJABI during the class.
No one is allowed to attend the phone call.
Every student will turn their cell phone on silent mode.
If any student will do any misbehave, he will not be allowed to sit in the classroom.
