AFFIDAVIT COMPLAINT
I, Sixto Taparan Jr. Y Albiso, 47 years old, married, and a Barangay Captain of
Brgy. Managa, Bansalan, Davao del Sur after having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance
with law, do hereby depose and say;
That I am the same and identical person who executed this instrument to file a
formal complaint against Noel Torres;
That on or about 10:00 AM of January 03, 2012 while I was conducted a hearing
inside the Brgy. Hall of Brgy. Managa this Municipality, and as a Brgy. Captain, I gave some
advices to one Noel Torres but he got angry to me and uttered a words in vernacular to quote
UNSAY LABOT NIMO SA AKOANG KINABUHI? even I feel insulted of what he had said, I
continue confronting him but suddenly he attempted to attack me and uttered a challenging
words in vernacular to quote IKAW CAPT UNSA DIAY GUSTO NIMO? but he was pacified by
his wife;
That I immediately went to Bansalan Police Station and recorded the incident in
Police Blotter.
That I am very much aggrieved of what Noel Torres did, hence I am executing this
affidavit complaint to apprise the authorities concerned for the veracity of the foregoing facts and
circumstances.

JOINT AFFIDAVIT
We, Dennis Monsanto y Oporto, 30 year old, single, driver and Ellen Sacare y
Gerolaga, 30 year old, married both residents of Brgy. Managa, Bansalan, Davao Del Sur after
having been duly sworn to an oath in accordance with law, do hereby depose and says;
That we are the same and identical persons who executed this affidavit to shed
light to the complaint filed by Brgy. Capt. Sixto Taparan Jr. against one Noel Torres.
That on or about 10:00 AM of January 03, 2012 while we are listening and
observing the Hearing at Brgy. Managa of this Municipality, we heard that our Brgy. Captain
Sixto Taparan gave some advices to one Noel Torres.
That Noel Torres answered and uttered a word in an angry manner in vernacular
to quote UNSAY LABOT NIMO SA AKOANG KINABUHI?
That Brgy. Captain Taparan continue confronting him but suddenly Noel Torres
attempted to attack our Brgy. Captain and uttered a challenging words in vernacular to quote
IKAW CAPT UNSA DIAY GUSTO NIMO? but he was pacified by his wife.
That we executed this instrument to apprise the authorities concerned for the
veracity of the foregoing facts and circumstances.
