Applicant may be asked to present wildlife for inspection by a Ministry of Environment Conservation Officer.
(Photographs may be taken prior to permit being issued) .
The permit holder must comply with all laws applicable to the activities carried out under this permit. It is the
responsibility of the permit holder to inform him/herself of all applicable laws.
The Province is not liable for any illness contracted through wildlife. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to
inform himself/herself of possible health hazards, and to ensure that all reasonably necessary safety measures are
taken.
The Province of Saskatchewan is not liable for any damage or loss arising from transport of wildlife under this
permit.
The approval in an import permit DOES NOT act as authority to export or transport from any other Province or
Territory. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to obtain proper authorization to export wildlife to any other
Province or Territory.
The approval in an export permit DOES NOT act as authority to import or transport into any other Province or
Territory. It is the responsibility of the permit holder to obtain proper authorization to import wildlife to any other
Province or Territory.
If this permit is not used, permittee must notify the Fish and Wildlife Branch immediately upon expiration of this
permit.
I declare that the above information is true and I am aware that to make a false declaration is an offence under
The Wildlife Act, 1998 and The Wildlife Regulations, 1981. Any false statement would invalidate the
import/export permit and subsequently make the import/export of this wildlife an unlawful act and may be
subject to possible prosecution under The Wildlife Act, 1998.
