Ladies and Gentlemen of BP and others:

It appears to me the ideal situation would be to have a BOTTOM AND TOP SECTION SEALED 1 mile plus long coiled tubing pipe on a deck fed all the way down
to the bottom and secured to the 4 story COFFERDAM in some way by ROV. Alternate is use of welded pipe or perhaps several hundred feet in pipe which
can be lowered attaching sections via flanges as needed every so many feet with only the bottom SUBSEA BALL VALVE OR GATE VALVE/BUTTERFLY GAS
RATED PRESSURE RATING [believed available to 15,000 PSI] perhaps WATERPROOF SEALED flange down toward the bottom involved. To me this bottom unit
can be encased at the flange with a special waterproof cover allowing ROV operator to remove same and expose only a few inches of pipe to the deep water
flexible connector area below the heavy subsea ball valves or ball valve which can be turned with an ROV. My example below is easy to turn on land or
underwater but not rated for 15,000 PSI like your 15000 PSI valves with round wheels to open and close. Lefty Loosey, Righty Tightey ?

1
SUBSEA GAS LINES NO DOUBT USE SAME WITH HIGH PRESSURE RATINGS PLUS ROUND WHEELS TO SECURE SAME. Another BOP can be on connections
supported going UP toward the surface after ALL may agree another BOP must be closer to the surface. NOT SURE HOW TO HOLD THE FLEXIBLE PIPE OR
COILED TUBING ON SURFACE OF A SHIP then allow OIL to be fed to another vessel plus piping to insure gas is burned OFF away from the vessel ! Hearing
PEOPLE HAVE TO WEAR RESPIRATORS reminds me of the use of huge OXYGEN TANKS to supply forced air to workers in dangerous locations or even the
Captain and Crew of any ship required to be in the area where the super heavy GAS is present to keep them alive. Explosion dangers from cloud of explosive
gas is a problem.

I actually thought the BOP had a flanged connection which could be loosened UP and blowing gas and oil the ROV could position a flexible short nipple pipe
with new full port ball valve on same in the line under pressure using the second or third ROV to attach bolts holding down unit on rig. Here on the top we
have special WIRE OR ROPE through bolt holes holding special GASKETS in place while we position the flange properly then bolts are already secured through
the top section and align with the bottom flange then we attach screws tightening same with deep socket connectors and even the ROV can turn those
swivel socket units locking the flanges together like we do underwater if necessary. I have even used twine to hold gaskets in place !

IF you have 50 or 100 foot sections of steel welded pipe to lift and place together without special bolts and nuts or other connections joined on deck by
special WELDING, perhaps a special WIRE SUPPORT could have clamps which can be attached as each section is welded together sealed from outside water
then you would be lowering 5000 feet or 100 of the 50 foot welded sections straight down in the sea bed with perhaps several 90 degree ells and FINS
allowing same to be buried into the sea bottom without any problem, anchored off ON YOUR 98 TON BOXES to hold it in place and even perhaps strapped or
supported to a 4 story 98 ton anchor already down there.

SUBSEA BALL SAFETY VALVES LIKE WE USE UNDERGROUND OR UNDERWATER TURNED BY ROV EASILY CAN SHUT DOWN AS WE SENT ALREADY A PICTURE OF
SAME…BOTTOM AND TOP PLUS IN BETWEEN. ------ ALL DEPENDENT IF YOU CAN UNBOLT THE FLANGE TO THE BOP AND REPLACE IT WITH THE NEW FLEXIBLE
LINE JOINING SOLID PIPE TO THE SURFACE !

IF NONE OF THIS IS POSSIBLE…..USE OF CPP COULD BE IN ORDER TO STOP THIS MADNESS AND POLLUTION PROBLEM SAVING BP OIL PERHAPS 10 MILLION
PER DAY OR MORE !

2
AFTER 3 MONTHS OR SO, THE BOP SHOULD BE SEALED IN CONCRETE AND WELL ABANDONED AFTER BEING SECURED TO THE BOTTOM FOREVER …OR… YOU
SHOULD NEVER DRILL A WET TAP RISKING UNDERSEA DAMAGE NO ONE CAN SOLVE !

It sounds logical that once the well pollution is stopped, more and more experts can take time to determine how best to solve the problem forever ! AGREE
?

LOOK AT FIGURE IN COLOR TO RIGHT WITH ROUNDED VS SPEAR POINT EDGES! How many casings to your BOP outlet pipe and what size.

What is MISSING is the special heavy STEEL WELDED WITH HOOK HOLES TO PULL DOWN WITH SPECIAL WEIGHT ADDED SO ROV CAN PUSH IT
DOWN THROUGH THE STEEL PIPE AND INTO THE SMALLEST LINE OPENING TO PUSH/PULL FURTHER UNTIL THE UNIT SHUTS OFF ALL FLOW
OF GAS AND OIL ! THEN YOU MAY BE ABLE TO REPAIR AND CLOSE THE BOP THEN GET DIFFERENT PIPING READY TO JOIN UP WITH THE
NEW COIL TO THE SURFACE ONCE YOU SEAL THE COIL ENTRY AND HAVE A BALL VALVE FOR EXTRA PROTECTION !

YOU WILL SUCCEED BP ! DO IT SHUTTING DOWN THREAT ! The families need closure and Florida/LA/Alabama need cleanup !
