The DEED OF SALE is made and entered by between:
IBARRA DEL ROSARIO CRISOSTOMO, married to EVELYN C. CRISOSTOMO, both
legal age, Filipinos and presently residing at 161 E. Dela Paz St., Sta. Elena Marikina City,
hereinafter called the VENDORS.
and
EDITHA ALMAZAN BAYONLA married to WILMER SUAREZ BAYONLA both legal
age, Filipinos and residing at No. 13 C. Kasikatan St., Caniogan, Pasig City, hereinafter called
the VENDEE.
WITNESSETH
That the VENDORS are the registered owner of a certain parcel of land situated in Brgy.
Kapasigan, Pasig City as evidence to Transfer Certificate of Title No, 129658 with an area of
TWENTY THREE SQUARE METERS (23 SQM.) and more particularly described as follows, to
wit:

situated in Brgy. of Kapasigan, Pasig, Metro Manila, Island of Luzon, containing an area of
Twenty three (23) square meters more or less. Xxx
WHEREAS, the VENDORS are hereby to sell twenty three (23 sqm.) Square Meters

Currency, receipt of which are hereby acknowledge and confess in full satisfaction from the
vendees, by these present, do hereby SELL, TRANSFER and CONVEY absolute and
irrevocably unto the VENDEE, his heirs, assigns and successors-in-interest of the above
describe parcel of land including its improvements, free from any items and encumbrances.
