-Page/4at the time of execution of the sale deed. The VENDOR hereby
acknowledges the receipt of the same herewith towards the full sale
consideration of the property sold hereunder.
In pursuance of the said agreement and in consideration of having
received the entire sale consideration as aforesaid, the VENDOR as
beneficial and absolute owner of the schedule described property, does
hereby convey, transfer and assign all his right, title and interest unto the
PURCHASER, by way of absolute sale, to be held and enjoyed by the
PURCHASER absolutely and for ever, with all rights of sale, gift, lease,
mortgage, exchange and along with all rights of ways, liberties and
easements naturally appurtenant thereto. The VENDOR has today put the
PURCHASER in possession of the schedule described property.
The VENDOR assures the PURCHASER, that he is the absolute
owner of the property hereby conveyed and that the same is not subject to
any manner of encumbrances, charges and litigations whatsoever and that
there is no bar for transfer of this property.
