The Sum of All Genocidal Atrocity

Omar Alansari-Kreger
The composition of history is always written from the basis of a perspective. That is how
we interpret our surrounding reality in all of its manifesting forms. Hence, there will always be
precarious peculiarities that will attribute chasms to an established narrative; each exposed
loophole is considered to be a source of illegitimacy. In the Age of Hemispheric Hegemony, the
prevailing perspective is the victorious one. That leaves the perspective of the vanquished to the
wastebasket of history. Entire epochs of history are lost to the arrogant decadence of man. That
describes a generic construct of reality that is inherently unavoidable. After a period of time, the
foundation of civilization is eventually challenged. Nations fail because they are stagnant.
Depressions are as foreseeable as they are inevitable. For that reason, a depression is defined by
the infrastructural aliments of civilization.
The people of a depressed civilization are deprived of their morale which explains the
reasons behind their morbid unproductivity. Within the confines of that sociological bracket, we
find that the depraved and disadvantaged are oppressed by the debauchery of their leaders. The
pain and suffering of a nation is eventually met by a revolutionary call to action. That is why
scapegoats make the best enemies of the people. The sociological rage of psychological
frustration is often met by a state of mindlessness; hence, that describes the etymological origins
of atrocity. Genocidal atrocity is based on an established cultural formalism; thus, whenever
xenophobia coalesces with chauvinism, a patriotic nationalism becomes the lowest common
denominator of an otherwise dignified humanity. That explains the origin of cultural constructs
used to justify crimes against humanity.
When an opponent is viewed as less than human, they are much easier to abysmally
dispatch. That explains why the work of an atrocity results in some kind of genocide. The act of
an atrocity subscribes to the formology of genocide; when applied, the latter acts as a template
for the initiation of the former. The road to genocide is pathologically built on the graduated
intensification of atrocity. When the makers of genocide are prosecuted for their atrocities, the
most common defense denies any other alternative. That generally leads to the creation of a
sociologically induced construct of genocide. Hence, the empiricism of genocide will always be
based on the specifics of atrocity. Both represent one binary manifestation which depicts the sum
of all genocidal atrocity. The twenty-first century is a time of paradoxical anomalies; we have
collectively abandoned the power of knowledge for the blinding spontaneity of information.
We react to facts and figures without having an understanding of either. If we desire to
develop an original idea to counteract the maniacism of genocide, it will be possible to reach
wider audiences; that is something that builds sociological platforms for immutable justices. The
impetus of such a cause demands the equanimity of the human condition in all of its civilizing
forms. The holocaust did not end with the Second World War; on the contrary, the silence and
salience of genocidal atrocity is by far the most insidious force known to man. The irony found
in any genocidal reality surfaces among the people that make them possible. Hence, the most

frightening aspect is that our neighbors, colleagues, and acquaintances have proven to be the
most capable enablers of genocide! Therefore, it must be maintained that any obscure palate of
ideological indoctrination is no different than a weapon of mass destruction. History has shown
that the potency of weaponry is most pronounced through the ideas of men.
Thus, wars begin in the mind just as they always end in the mind.
