Managing all the plant maintenance activities including condition monitoring and vibration

analysis of rotating equipments.

Responsible for the planning and execution of major overhauls on Turbines, Compressors, Pumps
and other plant rotating equipment.

Involved in root cause analysis (RCA) for the rotating equipment and solutions to the equipment
reliability problems

Experience in the development of maintenance strategies and procedures for rotating equipment

Coordinate with OEM to resolve the problems and enhance the reliability of the equipment

Prepare specifications and provide technical recommendations for procurement of major

equipment

Responsible for preparation of bid packages for major overhauls, pre qualification of contractors,
scopes of work and parts requirement

Helps in preparation of capital spares refurbishment requests for critical rotating machines in the
plant

Provide recommendations on spare parts requirement, to secure the most reliable operation and
economic level of maintenance

Excellent in SAP PM and MM modules

Good knowledge on MS Projects and Primavera P6

Familiar with various codes, standards and procedures like API, ASME, and ASNT.

Reviewing, executing functional, and pre commissioning test procedures, Co-ordination, and
supervision of field Engineers and Technicians

Attending daily Mechanical meeting and submitting the daily progress report to Rotating
Equipment Manager. and Interfaces with other disciplines and third parties

Fully involved in various pre-commissioning activities such as Steam/ Air blowing, Lube oil
flushing, Turbine, Compressor and Pump mechanical runs and solo runs.

Inspecting various parameters such as Vibration, Bearing temperature, Sound, RPM, and
Alignment Checks.

Experience in Various API Standards and Recommended practices like API 610, 611, 612, 614,
616, 617, 686 etc

Enforcing to follow HSE procedures, Daily Tool Box talk, Task Site Instruction for sub
contractors.

Work experience in troubleshooting, overhauling and repair of all plant rotating equipment

Preventive and Predictive Maintenance program set up and execution

Order materials, with purchasing department assistance, that are not routine or maintained as
stock items for maintenance and operations.

Interacting with OEM for spares

Prepare technical reports as required.
