This is Kamalpreet Kaur Bhangu from Amloh, Punjab, India.
Reason of Refusal:

My proposed studies are not reasonable in light of my past studies, academic scores and
language abilities.

I am providing herewith justification of refusal letter for my study permit for your kind
information. I have completed Senior Secondary i.e. 12th in Non Medical stream from Saint Farid Public
School, Mandi Gobindgarh which is affiliated from Central board of Secondary Education in May 2015. I
also would like to inform your office that I have got almost first class close to Distinction in 12 th
Examination But I could not give my best in Mathematics subject as I was not keeping well on that day. I
have also scored overall 6.0 bands in IELTS examination. And I want to pursue PCPEN - Computer
Engineering Technician (Two years full time Program) in Sheridan College in Canada. Ontario College
Diploma Computer Engineering Technician (Two years full time Program) is value added program and
it is Ontario College Diploma Program. So, your office can see that this course is relevant to my studies
as I have studies Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics which is the requirement of this program.
Why I have chosen Ontario College Diploma Computer Engineering Technician (Two years full
time Program) in Sheridan College
The Sheridan College Institute of Technology and Advanced Learning is a recognized leader in the
Networking world. This program is built on partnerships with some of the most influential names in
networking today CISCO, IBM, Microsoft, Rogers, Sun, and Sangoma. As a graduate of the Computer
Engineering Technician diploma program, I will be prepared to succeed as a technical specialist in any
computer support, Network Designer or Software specialist in any technical environment.

CET is a four-semester program, with required subjects available year-round. That means I can choose to
complete my studies in four consecutive semesters, starting in the fall, winter or spring.
Courses in this program are hands-on, helping me get the most out of my studies. Some of the subjects I
will learn by experience include: computer hardware, applied Internet technology, system diagnostics,
local area network installation and maintenance, data communication techniques and network
administrative tasks. Which is less required to mathematics and this is the reason I select Computer
Engineering Technician program and I am very keen to study networking related program.
Start a career in Embedded System Designer, iPhone App Designer, Network Analyst and/or Network
Installer, Network Designer, Product Development Specialist and System Analyst and many other areas
that require strong technical support in secure networked environments. The Computer Engineering
Technician diploma program provides me with strong technical and interpersonal skills both important
professional skills that will give me an advantage as a technical support specialist in the computer
industry.
If I will study in Ontario College Diploma Computer Engineering Technician in Sheridan College in
Canada, I will get worldwide recognized Diploma and I will also get International Exposure and
practical experience to use my knowledge So, I have chosen this course in Sheridan College only in
Canada.
About my Liquid Funds: As per my knowledge, I meet SPP admission criteria like IELTS 6.0., SPP
admission letter, paid my first semester fees of CAD $ 8,363/- to Sheridan College. Then after, I have
also enough finance to support myself; I have taken GIC of CAD $ 10, 000. I am also enclosing
herewith all financial documents for your ready reference.
