This act protects people in the workplace and in wider society from being

sexuality, ethnicity and disability.
Obscene publications act 1959:

cannot be on someone elses land without their permission. If the law is
broken the owner must bring their claims to the civil courts.
Defamation act 2013:
The aim of the act was to ensure a fair balance is struck between freedom

The law was brought in to protect peoples basic human rights, and allow
people to live free and dignified lives. The law stops anything like slavery
happening, if the law is broken then the case will be taken to the
European court of human rights.

Ethical
Gender: ethical constraints for gender would be making sure that we treat
both genders exactly the same as each other, Like in a radio show

featuring the same amount of songs as women and the same amounts of
woman presenters.
Ethnicity: ethical constraints for ethnicity again would be making sure that
on a radio show has the same amount of songs featuring a black artist as
a white one, having the same amounts of black presenters and just
treating them all exactly the same.
Disability: ethical constraints for disability would be having disabled
presenter, treating them exactly the same as abled body people and not
saying or playing anything that would offend disabled people.
Sexuality: ethical constraints for sexuality would be no saying anything
homophobic on the radio or anything that people could find to be
discriminating. And having shows that are hosted by someone who is gay.
Age: ethical constraints for age would be not saying anything on the radio
that people could find to be discriminating someone about their age. And
also having a shows that are hosted by older people.
