What is the use of electromagnetic waves?

Electromagnetic waves are used to transmit long/short/FM wavelengthradio waves,
and TV/telephone/wireless signals or energies. They are also responsible for
transmiting energy in the form of microwaves, infrared radiation (IR), visible
light (VIS), ultraviolet light (UV), X-rays, and gamma rays.

What is in the electromagnetic spectrum?

The electromagnetic spectrum is the range of all possible frequencies
of electromagnetic radiation. The "electromagnetic spectrum" of an object has a
different meaning, and is instead the characteristic distribution
of electromagnetic radiation emitted or absorbed by that particular object.

What is the cause of all electromagnetic waves?

Transmission of energy through a vacuum or using no medium is accomplished
by electromagnetic waves, caused by the osscilation of electric and magnetic fields.
They move at a constant speed of 3x108m/s. Often, they are
called electromagnetic radiation, light, or photons.

What are the different parts of the electromagnetic spectrum?

Radio waves, gamma-rays, visible light, and all the other parts of the electromagnetic
spectrum are electromagnetic radiation.Electromagnetic radiation can be described
in terms of a stream of mass-less particles, called photons, each traveling in a wave-like
pattern at the speed of light.
