i.Bidder should be registered with the Registrar of Companies, Service Tax
department and Sales/Trade tax department.
ii.Bidder should be registered with Employee State Insurance Corporation and
Employee Provident Fund Organization.
iii.Average annual financial turnover of the bidder during the last three years,
ending 31st March 2015, should be at least Rs. 10 Lakh.
iv.The Bidder should have successfully executed similar work (means
comprehensive maintenance of Computer & its associated peripherals viz.
Desktop Computers, Laptop Computers, Printers, UPS, etc.), as per criterion
given below, in any Government Organization(s)/Public Sector Undertaking(s)
(PSUs) during last seven (7) years ending 31.03.2016:
a. One similar work costing not less than Rs. 10 Lakh per annum.
or
b. Two similar Work costing not less than Rs. 6 Lakh each per annum.
or
c. Three similar Work costing not less than Rs. 4 Lakh each per annum.
v.The Bidder has not been blacklisted by any of the Government Organization
(s)/Public Sector Undertaking (s) (PSUs).
Technical marking (total 100 marks)
Qualifying marks for price bid opening: 60%
i.

Average annual turnover of the bidder during last 3 years (max. 10

2 marks each for proposed service engineer who is at least science

graduate and having IT related certification/degree.

1 mark each for the proposed service engineer who is only science
graduate.
