Training and organizing your mind for efficiency and human

relationships
A living knowledge of nature and experience is necessary to confirm, strengthen and support feeble
initiative. Fixed in the soul is a moral integrity that discerns between real and impermanent almost
involuntarily, if you follow the law of spiritual principles. Proceeding by reason or argument instead
of by intuition brings under control rambling reading and thinking and the spiritual process sets in.
The surface self-conscious mind is the medium for response to sense impressions and experience
When an experience is powerful enough to arouse deep emotion, that impression is carried deep into
your mental processes and gets defined as the subconscious mind. This mental field can be
protected from adverse influences, like the dream sequence from the movie Inception when the
freight train goes running down the middle of the street to block out all interference and interrupt of
those trying to plant a seed in the mind, and become a powerful influence. This mental field can be
operated and protected and be a powerful tool in creative work.
The super-conscious mind can become active in the conscious mind by right mental attitude
The commanding ego stands between its higher and lower selves, having the power to open and
close inner line of communication. These three distinct features of communication have no sharp
defining divisions but flow and re-flow into each other.

The self-conscious mind commands and directs the subsconscious mind, commands and becomes
receptive, not negative, inert or will-less, to the power it commands in the superconscious field.
Each feature of consciousness behaves in a certain way, knowledge of them offers the means to
speed up your progress which in turn reacts on all of your human relationships and universal
progress.
Concentration is the first step to getting the mind trained to be able to handle these currents

Bringing these three features of your mind into meditation for unified action and for forward
movement puts you on the highway on your path. Concentrate with your mind and relax your body.
Learn to let go, of mental judgment and discord, delete it from the unconsciousness and fixing truth
in their place and believing them into life. If you are weak from non-use of the powerhouse of the

selfconsciousness the ruling power at your central station, you are unable to challenge the
conglomeration of disturbing incoming impulses and intruders that pass the barriers intended to
protect the extensive fields of subconscious mind. The host of roving tendencies tangle in
selfishness, whine and self-pity, pouring their hot fires of passion and greed into the self-conscious
mine, coloring all its judgments, intensifying all its fears and paralyzing right action.
To clean up this whole field
The first step is to develop a sharp intellect that automatically rejects the false by constantly keeping
what is true and measured by inner mind by constantly suggesting in mind by self-suggestion. Every
idea completes its circuit in the body, modifying its action through all future time. At any time when
one element of an experience is suddenly brought forward into focus of attention, quick as a flash
the whole experience is reproduced mentally unless it is stopped or transformed by a conscious
process of mental and spiritual re-education. Formal education will make you a living, self education
will make you a fortuneStand guard at the door.
