Heres

Why This
Recipe
Is Pro-

Testoster
one
a)
White button
mushrooms
are known as

aromatase
enzyme
inhibitors. Mea
ningthat they
block the
enzyme that
converts

testosterone
into estrogen.
b)
Blue cheese is
filled with
natural
saturated fat which is the

number #1 fat
foryour
testosterone
production.
Also the
cheese is jampacked with
live

enzymes,probi
otics, and
healthy
bacteria, all of
which
are linked to
increased
testosteronepr

oduction in
various
studies.
c)
And last but
not least, the
good old
bacon is filled

with saturated
fat
andcholesterol
, both of which
are crucial for
healthy
testosterone
production.

The
Man

Sala
d

To balance
your body,
even a man
has to indulge
with salad
once in a while

But a salad

doesnt have to
be boring. It
doesnt have to
be similar to
the ones that
women eat,
and

quite frankly, it
doesnt have to
be meatless
Heck, a well
made salad
can be a
testosterone
boosting

powerhouse
with multiple

ingredients.

Why This
Recipe
Is Pro-

Testoster
one
a)
If you use
spinach as

a lettuce base,
its filled with
natural
nitrates that
convert
into nitric
oxide inside of
your body.

This occurence
will then
increase your
bloodflow.
Spinach is also
filled with
a natural
steroid called

ecdysterone,
which
is linkedto
elevated
testosterone
production
. Also if you
mix in some

aragula
lettuce, youll
get to eat a
plant densest
in natural
nitrates that
we know of.
b)

The eggs are

packed
with cholester
ol, which is the
direct
precursor
oftestosterone
and linked to

elevated
testosterone
production in
various studies
. Eggsare also
filled with
choline, which
helps your

body
to chelate (get
rid off)
estrogens.
c)
Blue cheese is
filled with live
bacteria,

enzymes, and
probiotics, and
those are
alllinked
to supreme
health and

Bacon gives
you some

the kind

of fatthat stim

on will
also give you
hefty doses
oftestosterone

e)
The
avocado is
jam-packed
with monounsaturated

fatty acids,

Avocadoes are

as explained
above, and

they
also containvar

as: C, E, D,

If
you decide to

youre going to

The olive
oil will help
your testicles
to convert
cholesterol
more easily

intotestosteron
e. It also
increased
testosterone
levels by 17%
in this
study. Olive oil

alsohas a
