location. Phone quality was barely audible. Unable to
ascertain the building number, only that it is in Mansfield
Meadows apt. 23. Ofc. McCune and Connor resp.
MSP called directly and played back the initial part of the
call. The request is for a male party who was stumbling and
not acting right. The involved male is a friend of the
caller's daughter.

Ofc. McCune reports the involved patient, described as a B/
M walked out of the apartment prior to arrival.

was responding to the call walking down the street.
Described as a B/M 20s with a mustache and goatee, wearing a
