Subject matter
This license applies to the computer program named 'RonyaSoft Poster Designer (P
oster Forge)' (hereinafter referred to as 'Software'). All rights for this progr
am are reserved by RonyaSoft. The design of graphic templates included in the So
ftware is also copyrighted by RonyaSoft.
Some graphics (icons, fonts, cliparts, images) integrated into the Software are
not the property of RonyaSoft and are protected under copyright by their respect
ive owners. Only resources allowed for such use are included in the Software.See
appropriate licenses (Shared Docs\RonyaSoft\Poster Designer) or Credits section
on RonyaSoft site (www.ronyasoft.com/credits.html) for more info.
Licenses
The demo version of the software adds watermarks to the output. You may use an u
nregistered copy of the Software for an unlimited period of time. You will have
to purchase a license to use a fully functional version of the Software.
Following types of license are available:
Home License is for personal and non-commercial use only. With a single license
copy, you can install the software on a single computer.
A Business License allows commercial use of the software. Business Licenses are
required for any commercial enterprise, no matter what size. With a single Busin
ess License you can install the software on a single computer. As with the Home
License, the computer and software may be used by any number of individuals, but
only on that one system.
An Enterprise License allows for installing the software on an unlimited number
of computers at an unlimited number of locations within a single company or orga
nization (both for-profit and non-profit) requiring software for general commerc
ial use or for non-commercial purposes.
Restrictions
You may not emulate, lease, sell, modify, decompile, disassemble the Software. A
ny such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of
this license and may result in criminal prosecution.
You may not resell or redistribute clipart, fonts and templates provided with th
e Software. You may not also resell or redistribute graphics created from readyto-use templates, except created from scratch, because some templates contain gr
aphics created by third-party designers and we cannot transfer redistribution ri
ghts to you. You are allowed to use such graphics only for you own private or bu
siness purposes. Just contact us if you have questions about any specific templa
te.
You may not use created graphics, e.g. fake certificates, for the purposes of mi
srepresentation.
The Software is provided 'as is', i.e. without a guarantee of any kind. RonyaSof
t neither guarantees nor takes any responsibility regarding the use or the resul
ts of using the Software in terms of reliability, accuracy, or suitability for a
particular purpose. You assume the entire risk of direct and indirect damages f
rom the correct or incorrect use of the Software.
