Client Description: Tamil Nadu Paper Mills Limited is one of the biggest pulp and paper manufacturing plant
in India. The company was incorporated in1964 at Madhurai; Tamil Nadu. The TNPM was formed with infusion
of funds and high calibre management of the well-known industrial house of bangurs of Calcutta, who interest
in textile manufacturing, tea plantation, wind energy generation and trading and investment business. One of its
most important guidelines of TNPM is the Eco-friendly Process, where in more trees are planted than that are
destroyed for the paper production. Innovative Value Engineering, Human Engineering, Technology for better
Quality and cost effectiveness, Customer satisfaction for untainted growth and business are some of the
guidelines. The company provides direct employment to over 4000 families.
Roles and Responsibilities:

Analysis of the given Business Case in the AS IS phase.


Evaluation of the Business GAP and TO BE process.
