Personal Statement:
Im a friendly and enjoyable individual who goes out of his way to make sure every person has a smile on their
face, I have come to an understanding that this is the most important factor in any business. Ive been in the
Health and Social care industry for around a year and a half now and throughout that time have come to
understand the importance of caring and promoting independence for individuals with learning difficulties. Ive
achieved a BA (Hons) with honours first class from Coventry University in Event Management, and Im currently
looking for a position that allows me to use the knowledge and experience gained into the health and social care
industry.

all promoting independence.

Working as a full-time contact centre agent I was dealing with all Inbound calls that came in, whether that was to
place orders, answering any of the customers questions, placing customers who phone up through to the correct

Working part-time alongside my university degree, I was given responsibilities of not only selling stock but also
buying in. Main responsibilities were checking products being brought in, answering queries from the customers,
cutting queuing times, cash handling, testing products, cleaning the store, checking stock counts and other duties
as required.

I assisted the Coventry Blaze Ice Hockey Team in the creation and execution of their Christmas Event. I attended all

Health and Safety: Adept with the writing of Risk Assessments that thoroughly checks every hazard that may occur.
