Please find attached a copy of my Curriculum Vitae which I am forwarding for consideration
for any available Structural Engineer position. I am currently employed in a busy consultancy
firm as a graduate civil engineer wherein I handle mainly structural engineering projects. I
have over five years of experience in active and continious design and of variety of structures
which includes buildings, churches, warehouses, bridges and so on. In line with my current
employment structure, I have provided technical supervision for most of the structures that I
have designed. I would highly value the opportunity to apply my knowledge and experience
in structural engineering in Sai Consulting Engineers. I have proven that with my ability to
use available references, consultation with more experienced engineers and hands on skills in
computer applications I am able to provide solution to all kinds of structural needs.
I am a married man aged thirty four years old. I observe christian values of honesty and
hardwork and I value and promote professionalism. I have handled projects in all stages,
including preparation of bid documents, project estimates, tendering and contract
management.
I currently earn a net monthly salary of one hundred and ten thousands shillings. While I look
forwards to expand my knowldeg base through the experience of differrent and wider culture,
I expect a better renumeration of at least a net mothly salary of one hundred and fiffty
thousand shillings.

STRUCTURAL AUDIT AND INTEGRITY STUDIES.
 Conducted structural integrity study for Mathais Supermarket to establish causes of

 Conducted, in a team, Technical audit of completed factories for Kenya Tea Development
Authority (KTDA) in kebiringo, Rianyamwamu, Kobel and Kapkatet tea factories for the

the capacity for extension. Also curried out supervision of the extension works.

 Reinstatement works for KTDA hydropower plant, Imenti Meru. Design for reinstatement
works after land slide caused slope collapse and partial damage of water diversion canal.
Also carried out supervision works.
 Development of the Proposed Small Hydropower Project at Chemosit River for Unilever
tea (k) ltd, Kericho (2MW). Carried out prefeasibility of the project and currently
undertaking feasibility study. (year 2013-2016)
 Hydrological and structural Design of Community Based Hydro power projects; Gathagara
Mini Hydro power project on Gikira river in Nyeri (127KW), River Kathita Small Hydro
Power Project in Meru (600KW) and Magoya Mini Hydro Power Project along River Nzoia
