Me; But still Salamat Dra, athough walang brand atleast Dra, part pa din sya ng
regimen mo, pero Dra. now that Im here promoting Bactrim for the rest of the
day, sana matulungan mo ako Dra. sana mailagay mo Dra Bactrim forte
800mg/160mg sa reseta mo Dra.

II. MY CREATIVE EXECUTION AND DETAILING SUCCESS

TASK
To promote Bactrim Forte as trusted partner in treating
UTI/GTI/RTI to GP/IM/FM
To inform MDs that Bactrim Forte is now part of the
formulary of DSPI
To able to know who among them are still using Bactrim
Forte.

ACTIVITY/ACTION
1. Using the given E-Detailer, I was able to present Bactrim Forte, showing the
features and benefits of it.
2. Pharmacy Visits (La UNION-hospital): as per the pharmacist the movement of
bactrim Forte its quite good but outside hopsital like mercury or other leading
were slightly moving.
3. Pharmacy visits (Baguio-Hospital)-not part in their formulary, but outside some
drugstores, are moving but there are areas that slowly moving.
4. I was able to check also the local drugstores here in baguio and La Union and as
per the Pharmacist, the Rx return of Bactrim was too low.

RESOLUTION PLAN:

To achieve the sales drive, these are the following key

factors to ensure the success in the area:

Lobbying Implemented:
1. Dine out with Dra. Adefuin(Top Oncologist) and she was the former teacher of
Dra. Flores and Dra. Buliyat and a close friend of Dra. Balatian on which they
are known Oncologist here in Baguio. We got a chance to know Dra. Adefuin
deeper about her family background, favorites, interest and etch. She was a
solid ZOMETA but I do believe in showing my passion and sincerity, She will
give me a chance,very approachable infact she even told me that she will
help me to endorse with other oncologist, and also we plan to have a product
pres among them hopefull this month so I could establish rapport with the
help of Dra. Adefuin to other oncologist.
2. This week more on establishing rapport with the Pharmacist of Hospital and
Mercury and St. Joseph about our bactrim, asking their help to dispense
Bactrim Forte 800mg/160 if there are prescriptions of Cotrimoxazole.
-Good to know also upon pharmacy visits in Lumed they already purchased
Rocephin from no stocks before but they ordered in Medisiya. Same with
LORMA already purchased 17 vials in zuellig. In Bethany stocks
