1. MAHANANDA BUSINESS SYSTEMS (HR Associate: Trainee)

PROJECT TITLE: Market Research and HR/Vendor Induction

PROJECT LOCATION: HSR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka
1. PLANNING: Market Value, Market Research, Market Segmentation and Target Marketing.
2. ORGANIZING: Organizing platforms for induction social media marketing, on-spot
marketing, events marketing, flyer distribution, mouth-to-mouth marketing etc.
3. STAFFING: Conduction recruitment session for staffing, as per the budget.
4. DIRECTING: Directing/Training the new recruits to add menu items in the websites supplier
platform.
5. CO-ORDINATING: Coordinating with the new recruits with the arrival each new order.
6. REPORTING: Reporting positive and negative feedback of customers, and seeking detailed
explanations from the recruits.
7. BUDGETING: Budgeting the marketing, induction, staffing, training, compensation of the
recruits with other fixed and variable costs, and deploying cost reduction measures.
CONCLUSION: In the entire project, we can conclude that, budgeting and market segmentation plays the
most important role in recruiting suitable HR, while training and reporting plays an important role in
sustaining the HR.
